Events: The Feast: Stories from the Earth to Feed Your Soul, Tempe, AZ, Oct. 8, 2006

Plan to come and hear local storytellers from a variety of ethnic backgrounds and faith traditions (Jewish, Muslim, Christian, Bahai, and Native American) on October 8th at Community Christian Church. Stories will be featured about food and tables that feed our bodies and nourish our souls.

As part of the theme, dinner will be provided, “potluck style,” by members of Tempe area houses of worship.

Sponsored by the Interfaith Story Circle of Tempe and the Arizona Ecumenical Council Earth Care Commission.

Hosted at Community Christian Church, 1701 S. College Ave., Tempe, Arizona

Tickets can be purchased at the door for a donation of $5.00 with contributions going to support I-HELP, Interfaith Housing Emergency Lodging Program.
